How will I be charged for my subscription?

Your subscription is billed automatically using the payment method you provided at checkout.Depending on your plan, billing may be:

  • Annually

When will I be billed?

  • Automatically on each renewal date (monthly or yearly)

Can I update my payment method?

Yes. Log in to your account and go to:

  • My Subscriptions Manage Subscription Update Payment Method

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. A receipt is automatically emailed to you after each successful payment.

Can I get an invoice for my subscription?

Yes. Contact support and we can provide an invoice if needed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to My Subscriptions

  3. Click Manage Subscription

  4. Select Cancel Subscription

What happens after I cancel?

  • You will retain access until the end of your billing period

  • You will not be charged again

I canceled but was still charged

  • This usually means the cancellation happened after the renewal date.
